In addition to standards, their repertoire contains "smooth jazz" instrumental renditions of familiar popular songs. These songs were chosen specifically to appeal to a diverse crowd of all ages. Baby Boomers will recognize songs that they know and hip young attendees will also hear songs that are familiar to them. Songs by artists such as Jason Mraz, Stevie Wonder, Norah Jones, Santana, James Taylor, Van Morrison, Beatles, George Benson, and many others will set the perfect atmosphere.
This group is geared towards rehearsal parties, cocktail hours, receptions, & corporate events. No large sound systems are used. This allows them to fit into smaller spaces and makes it possible to quickly transition from one spot to another, if cocktails and dinner are in different locations. The volume is always kept at the perfect level to allow for conversation.
The band typically books as a five pieces, but larger or smaller versions are also available as taste, space, and budget dictate.
